Policy & Conditions

Cancelation Policy:

  • We understand that life happens but we respectfully ask that you give us 48h to cancel the appointment to avoid being charged the full amount of the service. (Your card must be on file)
  • Any previous fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
  • If violated more than 3 times, you must pre-pay for your appointment upon booking.
  • If you are late, you will receive remaining time of serviced but will be charged for time booked.

Terms & Conditions:

  • When you arrive to your appointment please remain in your vehicle. Please text me to check in, and I will let you know when to come in.
  • Please do not bring anyone to your appointment.
  • WE RECOMMEND YOU TO WEAR A MASK!
  • If you're not feeling well, please stay home and reschedule.
  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Its up to lash artist discretion to work on someones else work, Please book an hour and half fill if full set came from another lash artist.
